Outside Laredo, an ADHD evaluation usually means a long drive and a longer wait. DaniCare evaluates children, teens and adults across the region by secure video — or in person in Laredo if you prefer.

Psychiatry is concentrated in the cities. In much of South Texas the nearest psychiatrist is in Laredo, San Antonio or the Valley, which turns a routine follow-up into half a day off work and a tank of gas. Families put it off, and children go unevaluated through years of school.
A telehealth evaluation removes the drive, not the rigor: the same structured assessment, the same written report, the same psychiatrist reviewing it with you. If you would rather be seen face to face, our Laredo office is open for that too.
Families in Zapata, San Ygnacio and Falcon generally travel to Laredo for specialty care. For an ADHD evaluation, that trip is avoidable: appointments happen by video from home, and a parent can join from work.
